In todays more consumer conscious world, brand parity and association with with the right types of company is an increasingly important commercial factor.  Focus 7's social enterprise status is a gives our more ethically minded clients reassurance that we are a good company to work with and support.  As a cooperative we are operate a flat management structure meaning we do not have inflated management fees to pay and the equitable treatment of the workforce results in an higher personal and professional standard of performance.  We are passionate and proud of what we do.

In a similar way to 'we are what we eat', our ideas and opinions are formed by what we see and hear on the media.  Part of Focus 7's ethos is about democratisation of the media.  We support local and community TV and have had many of our productions broadcast via these services.  As part of our work we produce community focused productions and offer media and production training to enable people to find their media voice.

We specialise in work with charities and disadvantaged groups.  The Focus 7 team have all been Enhanced CRB checked and we are experienced at dealing with sensitive and confidential issues including involving children, disabled, abuse cases, crime, drugs issues, religion and death.

Part of Focus 7's ethos is to provide stable, self-employed positions to talented new media artists in our area. Focus 7 is strongly committed to such issues as environmental sustainability and ethical trading, and is actively involved in urban regeneration. As a company we believe that we have a duty to be part of our community's economic and social development. To this end we provide subsidised training in multimedia and video and work closely with community groups. We hope to inspire local people to forge meaningful careers for themselves, and encourage them to play an active part in their own community.
